Week one of the high school football season is in the books, and now you get to decide who put on the best performance from this past weekend's games.
It won't be easy, these six young men each put up really impressive stats to start the 2015 season.
Nick Sellers
The Gibson Southern quarterback completed 14 passes on 18 attempts for a total of 290 yards and three touchdowns in the Titans' opening game against Forest Park.
Evan Deig
The Reitz quarterback showed impressive arm strength and overall growth in his 2015 debut throwing 22 completions on 26 attempts for 312 yards, one touchdown, and one interception against visiting Henderson County.
Drayke Richardt
The Mater Dei running back made the most of his three carries in the first have, finding the end zone on all three, and racking up 47 yards against visiting Indianapolis Northwest Saturday afternoon.
Braiden Burton
The Boonville running back put the team on his shoulders and plowed through the visiting Washington defense with 21 carries for 257 yards and three touchdowns.
Rieser Wells
Despite a loss on the road against Jasper to open the 2015 campaign, the Memorial wide receiver proved to be a reliable target for quarterback Will Durchholz, hauling in five of the QB's passes for 115 yards and a score.
Tias Stewart
The Central High School running back showed he's earned the starting nod with a thorough trouncing of visiting Indianapolis Marshall Friday night, ripping off 107 yards on just three carries, two of which resulted in touchdowns.
