I can't remember the last time Kentucky hosted the nation's number one team during the football season, but on Saturday afternoon, the Wildcats will do it again.

Top-ranked Mississippi State will visit Commonwealth Stadium for a 2:30 kickoff in what figures to be one of the most unusual high-impact games the SEC has ever seen.

When it comes to football tradition in this league, one usually looks to Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Yet, here we have the Bulldogs--#1 for the first time ever, having never been ranked higher than 7th previously--come to Kentucky (at 5-2, the Wildcats have already won more games than the previous two seasons combined) with major implications on the line.

Those implications haven't gone unnoticed by KentuckySports.Com's Mark Story who lists the advantages each team has over the other and offers a prediction, all of which you can see if you click here.
