BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) — Indiana has its biggest opportunity of the season Saturday.

Beat Purdue and win the Old Oaken Bucket for a third consecutive year, and the Hoosiers will earn their first bowl bid in eight years.

Indiana (5-6, 1-6 Big Ten) hasn't won three straight in this series since claiming four straight from 1944-47.

Purdue (2-9, 1-6) would like nothing more than to spoil the Hoosiers' postseason plans — and help third-year coach Darrell Hazell get his hands on the prized trophy for the first time.
