Plus, don't miss the heartwarming performance of Habitat's renowned "500 Voice Choir," singing the National Anthem and "Take Me Out to the Ballgame." Operating in Vanderburgh and Posey counties, Habitat for Humanity partners with the community to enable low-income families to become homeowners. To qualify for homeownership, individuals or families must have an income at or below 80 percent of the area median income. Additionally, they must demonstrate a genuine need for housing, a willingness to contribute 300 hours of sweat equity, attend homeownership classes, and have the capacity to pay a 25-year, no-interest mortgage.
