The Indianapolis Colts have struggled mightily this year to meet the expectations that were placed upon them by the media, the fans, and more than likely, themselves. Can they cure whatever ails them in time to make a solid playoff run?

As it stands right now, they are a 3-4 team, but if we're "keeping it real", that could easily be 1-6 had it not been for Andrew Luck finding himself in the second half against Tennessee in week three, or Jacksonville's kicker getting a case of the jitter-leg on two different occasions in week four.

Despite looking like they may have figured a thing or two out against New England a couple of weeks ago, they came out against New Orleans looking completely lost, with Luck's season-long struggles on full display as he visibly second-guessed throws and held on to the ball far longer than a quarterback with one of the worst offensive lines in football should.

To call it a dumpster fire in Indy right now would be an insult to dumpster fires. Can they get it turned around? Will a coaching change help? How about a front office shake up? Both? We put that exact question to our listeners through our Facebook page, and the overall response seems to be, "yes". To all of it.

What can the Colts do to right the ship before it is too late?

According to Ryan Wehmeier the problem started way back in May during the Draft:

The Colts should have drafted OL this past draft instead of WR. GM needs more that (sic) a heated discussion. To be fair to Luck, without protection it tough for anyone to make good decisions. So much for the Packers/Colts Super Bowl. Go pack go!

Mike Greenwell kept it short and simple:

O-Line.

We'll assume Allen Woodruff was joking:

Tebow time

Christopher Gander seems to think a change in the play calling could help:

Stay with the quick short passing game to get rid of the ball quick. That formula works for Brady and Rodgers. Take advantage of size mismatches with Johnson, Allen.

Terry Beard thought the same thing:

Run the ball more.

Shawn Weber agreed, but felt like it needed one extra step:

Fire Pep Hamilton. Only way Pagono can save his job. Also, run Gore into the ground. Should of had 2 to 4 100 yard games now.

Jesse West, on the other hand, seems to be a "leave no survivors" kind of guy:

Fire everyone
